Day of weigh-ins now available for this weekend’s NY Lion’s Den Tournaments:

Good morning wrestlers and families. I am reaching out to you today about this weekend’s Lion’s Den fundraiser for New York Wrestling News. There have been many requests on both the High School and Youth tournaments to have day of weigh-ins. Some of the reason given – SAT, lack of affordable lodgings, travel time, and fall sport schedules.
This will give us the opportunity to help support New York Wrestling News and help accommodate our members. We will offer weigh-ins on Saturday (10/7) and Sunday (10/Cool mornings from 7am to 7:30am. We will have 5 scales to make this a quick and easy process. If we were to allow a larger window it would delay both events.
Thank you for your support,
Adam Burgos – NYWAY President

If we have several team members wrestling Saturday and Sunday can the whole team weigh in Friday or Saturday morning? Or do we have to drive back over at 7pm Saturday night?
