NEW THIS YEAR for wrestlers who: 1. Are traveling 60 miles or more to come to the Empire Nationals AND 2. Who will wrestle in the afternoon session ONLY (Schoolboy 105 and above): You have the option of weighing in on Sunday, March 28, 2010, from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m., at the Spartan Field House. You must notify us at jay@empirenationals.net if you plan to weigh in on Sunday.
*Please note: local wrestlers, traveling from less than 60 miles away, are expected to weigh in on Saturday evening**This Sunday weigh-in option IS NOT available for those wrestling in the morning session (Bantams, Midgets, Juniors, and Schoolboys up to 100 lbs.), regardless of travel distance.

easy, the fee is lower than 2 years ago. Teams come form all over to wrestle and compete. Looking foward to the tournament it is well run, cert refs, full mats, its a national tournament. I think the allowance for the wrestlers traveling a long distance with special weigh-ins and the jacket is a nice touch. See you all there and good luck.
