Congrats to a New Yorker for winning wrestler of the year honors. Hope to see him win some titles , along with Yianni D when they get to Cornell. Not bad for a state whose wrestling level is in the crapper.

Too funny. I have had the pleasure of knowing Vito, and his dad for a little while. Saying they are extraordinary people is an understatement, and I don't just mean wrestling. Older son Nick is an amazing coach and role model for my youngest son, and Vito's younger brother George is also an exceptional young man. Well at least Yanni and Vito (and don't forget Louie), all have their good looks and nice personalities to fall back on when they can't make the cut at wrestling lol.
