Speaking of Noto...(NO school or family affiliation here, just a fan) I believe he may have some sort of section V record? Has anyone from any year, weight or division gone through counties. class sectionals and all but the finals of state qualifiers PINNING everyone in the first period!!! Except for his 25-11 TF Saturday no one (11 matches) made it past 1:33...That's some pretty exceptional domination!! Regardless of how he ends up w/ a possible showdown w/ Titus (wouldn't count him out)...I believe his future looks bright @ NC State!!

I believe Titus won Section XI D2's @ 126#...So that ends that possible match-up...Sam Deprez is a beast but I'm just talking championship runs...I'm just a stat guy but here's my homework:
Counties (126#): .29 / .57 / .26 / 1:17
B-1 (120#): .29 / .32 / 1:14 / .59
Qual (120#): .10 / 1:00 / 1:33 / 25-11
Again, just a fan but in 45 years I haven't seen that kind of destruction from anyone in ALL three tournaments!! If there is, I'd like to know!!
Go section V @ states!!!!

Understood...I totally agree w/ the level of competition but aren't counties basically a D-1 level event? Still was an across the board destruction (a weight up too)! I think the last one I saw do that was Bryan Bourne in the same fashion @ counties. Hey, I'm not touting anything but the actual pin statistics!! Section V certainly has some studs locally, statewide and nationally!!

Yes ...and yes add Kropman. A few others could place top 3 or 4 but not sure about winning. Our team is fairly strong at the D1 states IMO.
