Big Red Wrestling Hospicare Community Challenge. Raising money for Hospicare of Ithaca.
Prior to the Cornell match there will also be four high school duals beginning at 10 a.m. Fans can come to the high school duals and stay for the Big Red Match.

just out of curiosity something that would be nice to see would be in the attica pheonix match is krisafulli bump up to 119 or 125. Attica has some pretty decent guys at those two weights vinnie napierski at 119 and lance compton at 125. Krisafulli would definately beat them but it would still be a little more interesting

It would be nice IF Section V wrestling could get some media coverage from local TV stations (ch. 8, 10, 13, or R-news) and our local newspapers. These wrestlers work as hard (if not harder) than the basketball/football players. Some of these kids play those sports too, so extra training that helps with this sport. Pal-Mac wrestling has a great program. Congratulations to Coach Quick and the 2008-09 Team! Come back home as #1 - you deserve it.

Channel 13 did do a nice feature on Pal-Mac on the 6 o'clock news Friday night. Go to the link and scroll down the right hand side for the video story. I don't know if they will cover today at Cornell or not. Sunday morning is a slow news time, so maybe they will decide to come!
