After reviewing various state rankings on various sites (Shamrock, LI site and others), just wondering what criteria is used to establish power points and credentials?? Some of the wrestlers listed, and ranked high, have neither won a sectional title or placed in the states. Is there actual criteria that is applied or are they based on "gut instinct" by whoever the system coordinator is for that specific site?
