Sunday club practices will continue through December 21st, and will resume January 4th. Come with a partner or with some teammates, as team rates continue to be in effect. All ages are welcome as we will be designing our practices around good drilling, basic technique and live wrestling.
Cost for session will be $10/session for individuals, and $5/session for team members. As always, a USAW card is needed and is for sale at session if you don't have one yet.
