The East High Wrestling team finished second place in the interscholastic league after some of the closest competition that has been offered in several years. Tech High, West High and East High all were forced to arrange extra meets to decide the city league winner, which proved to be Tech High. Wrestling has been steadily increasing in popularity owing to the pep Coach McKay has put into the teams each year. SEATED: Emanuel, Davidson, Benz, Shapiro (captain), Brucker.
